In general all employees will have entitlements of some type. The most common type of entitlement is vacations. The time management system entitlements section keeps track of each employees Total Entitlement figure for the current year and also their Planned and Taken figures allowing the Unallocated figure to be automatically calculated by the system.

The Time management system absence codes are set up according to particular needs of the organization e.g., FMLA leave, certified sickness, floating days etc. The resulting categories of absence can be analyzed in percentages and absence trends can be easily monitored.
